How does personalisation work?

After you choose a product, you enter the embroidery details — a name, a first letter, or custom text. We make the piece exactly as you asked. We are also available for any question on WhatsApp at +972 55-971-6262.

Is there an extra charge for personalised embroidery?

No. All personalised embroidery is included in the product price, with nothing added. We believe every piece should be unique without making it cost more.

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

To addresses in Israel only. You order from the U.S. and we deliver to the family in Israel. Making and delivery together take 3–5 business days, and delivery is free on every order.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of arrival, as long as they are unused and undamaged. Personalised embroidered items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing fault or a mistake in the embroidery.

Can I send a gift straight to someone else?

Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we will add a personal message at no extra cost. Prices are never shown in the package.
